Ceviche
Ingredients
300 gr. very fresh sea bass, 1 red
onion, 2-3 lemons, 1 hot pepper or pepper, 1 clove garlic, coriander, black
pepper and salt.
Preparation
First we cleaned and cut up while the croaker. We
got fins, scales, head and spine. We took the loins and belly and let it clean.
